My fiancé and I had a massage each today by Ntando, deep tissue for him and relaxation for myself. We have tried all over spruce grove for years and we haven’t had such an amazing massage until today. She was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with finding where needed attention and also offered suggestions to help once you’re home too. She was so friendly and just made you feel very comfortable. The whole experience was so relaxing and you left feeling fantastic! We absolutely loved her and will be returning again soon! 10/10! Try her out :)

I had a wonderful 90 minute relaxation massage at Rise Up Massage. My therapist, Elise Horvath was friendly, accommodating, and really helped me feel relief in my back. She used the perfect pressure and technique, and was even willing to answer my questions about muscles/share stretches to help with future pain and tension. She's the best! I felt great next day and I plan on returning as soon as possible. The rate as well was very reasonable, and the fact that they do direct billing is so helpful. Highly recommend!
